Following last week’s session, I went with The Logistics Lead to brainstorm some new ideas, and the results were awesome! Within minutes, he provided a flood of creative ideas. This served as a reminder: energy is contagious.

We decided to alter the dynamic by playing a little game: “Guess Who?”. I provided several famous characters, and the group had a blast asking and guessing. It was engaging, interactive, and precisely what the project required at that moment.

What moved me most was that while I was extending invitations around the office, some colleagues inquired if I was feeling better after my difficult week. That level of empathy is invaluable. Occasionally, a leader needs to recharge their batteries from others.
